Our mission is to provide a supportive ecosystem that fosters the success of innovative start‐up enterprises by leveraging the experience of our executive staff, the unique assets available here in the orthopedic industry’s epicenter, as well as in our state and worldwide network.
DEEP EXPERTISE
We know musculoskeletal. And we know start-ups.
Our team has worked in or with many musculoskeletal start-ups during the course of our careers. We’ve spoken to and interacted with a significant number at various stages of their evolution to ensure a complete understanding of their most pressing needs.
Here are the most common needs and the ones AcceLINX was built to address:
- Getting sound advice on strategic matters
- Accessing capital
- Finding talent to staff a growing business
- Locating reputable suppliers
- Acquiring flexible office space
GLOBAL NETWORK
Warsaw, Indiana and Beyond
Our global network starts right here, in the Orthopedic Capitol of the World®, where we have an abundance of natural advantages, particularly when it comes to expertise, talent, suppliers and “smart” capital. But the network extends well beyond the region to points around the world, allowing start-ups to access resources to suit any business need.
No other accelerator can offer this combination of benefits:
Criteria | AcceLINX |
---|---|
Access to industry expertise | Yes |
Access to funding | Yes |
Access to suppliers | Yes |

Access to strategics | Yes |
ACCELERATED RESULTS
While some accelerators are geared toward launching new enterprises with short entrepreneur “boot camp” programs and pitch day events, we know that musculoskeletal health businesses require a different approach.
Most take an average of seven years from company founding to exit and need different types of support along the way. So we developed a multi-stage accelerator model to help selected entrepreneurs at any or all of the four stages of start-up evolution to ensure a higher probability of success.

AGREEMENT STRUCTURE
We partner with start-ups based on the earn-in model,
in which our equity stake in the start-up is based on the value of services and capital provided. These values are customized based on individual agreements with each start-up—not a pre-determined equity figure.
See our criteria to determine whether your start-up is eligible for a partnership.
