A 31- year veteran of the orthopedic medical device industry, Todd brings a broad range of experiences to the team, including business development strategy, key account management, marketing, contract negotiation, solutions selling, cultural leadership, problem solving and organizational dynamics. Before launching his own consulting practice, he served as General Manager of Zimmer Biomet’s Greater Philadelphia office, spearheading the $95 million business development effort, leading a 65-member sales team, and overseeing a 40-member operations crew which managed $300 million in inventory.

Todd has deep experience across the full range of market segments, including adult reconstructive, upper extremity, trauma, sports medicine, biologics, computer-assisted surgery, and ancillary surgical products including power tools, tourniquets, bone cement, personal protective apparel, wound debridement, skin grafting and fluid waste management. Todd has observed more than 10,000 surgical cases, spoken to large audiences at National Sales Meetings and attended hundreds of training events including corporate medical education, external conferences (AAOS, AAHKS, ICJR) and cadaver labs. He has also served on multiple implant concept, instrument design and product launch committees, participated in Zimmer’s Accelerated Leadership Development program and was honored as the number # 1 sales representative in the country earlier in his career.

In addition to extensive medical device expertise, Todd spent several years in banking, served as an officer in the Army Reserves and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
